preliminary menu has been locked down for the most part with still more discussion to be had — just to tie up some loose ends and what not. we are fourteen days out, then another week off (some real r&r this time; taking the train to and from Portland with stops in Seattle and maybe San Francisco on the way back down!) then we are hitting the ground running, working brunch and setting ourselves up for a week before the big opening day wednesday, november 19th!
in other news, we are also gearing up for a friend’s cook at canele the 28th of october. menu to come the closer we get. much excitement in tandem with loads of hard work are still ahead of us. stay tuned!
